I enjoyed my buying experience at Hutchinson Ford. I was helped by Austin who is very inviting, informative, & professional but personable. Most of all I felt no pressure, he's definitely not one those pushy salesmen that you hear horror stories about. Everything went as smooth as it could with my particular situation, which was a little more work for them, but they made it happen. They even gave me a loaner for a few days while they put new tires on my new car. All in all I have no complaints & am very happy with my visit.

I purchased a 2019 Ford F-250 King Ranch from Noelani and David (GM) and couldn't be more pleased with how the transaction went. All in All I give these guys a 5-Star review. Only complaint I have if there is one is to hurry up and get the showroom remodeled. My new go to place for my vehicle needs. The customer service was absolutely amazing. He updated me often about my vehicle status - I was there for a couple of recalls and a tire rotation. I expected it would take until the afternoon but I was out of there within a couple of hours and well pleased with the service. Customer service is extremely important to me which is why I will definitely be back for any and all service needs. I do recommend to book in advanced though because they get really busy. I’ve known the guys a Hutchinson Auto Group for many years and have bought a couple vehicles from them. I purchase a new truck from their Ford dealer in Forsyth in June of this year.
